Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or hold it all together.

It’s a space where you can simply be honest.

WHO I HELP?
You may be in the right place if…

  • You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained

  • You’re constantly showing up for others but neglecting yourself

  • You struggle with boundaries or people-pleasing

  • You’re navigating trauma, grief, or painful past experiences

  • Your relationships feel stressful, confusing, or unbalanced

  • You look “fine” on the outside but feel different internally

  • You’re a teen or adult trying to make sense of what you’re carrying

HOW I HELP?

Therapy with me is about slowing down enough to understand what’s really happening.

My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care. I help clients move beyond survival mode and begin to understand the patterns that are keeping them stuck.

In our work together, we will:

  • Slow down and make sense of what you’re feeling

  • Identify patterns shaped by past experiences, stress, or relationships

  • Build healthier emotional boundaries

  • Strengthen coping skills and emotional regulation

  • Improve communication in your relationships

  • Work through trauma in a safe, supported way

  • Move toward clarity, confidence, and emotional balance

This is not about rushing your healing. It’s about creating space for real, sustainable change.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THERAPY ?

Many clients tell me they felt nervous before their first session.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable.

My goal is to create a space where you feel:

  • safe

  • respected

  • understood

  • never judged

Sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Some days we focus on tools and coping strategies. Other days we focus on deeper emotional processing and understanding your story.

Clients often report leaving therapy with:

  • healthier boundaries

  • increased confidence

  • improved emotional regulation

  • stronger communication skills

  • reduced anxiety and overwhelm

  • greater self-awareness

  • freedom from people-pleasing patterns

  • a stronger sense of direction and self
